Watching something exciting happen, I am sure!
Our kids were excited about the fireworks...until we started lighting them. If you look at the picture above, you can see how Tyson spent much of the night. (and yes, I am aware that his pj's are a little snug. I happen to like them, so there is no need to point it out to me!)
Here are some videos as well. They almost all have Tyson covering his ears or backing away in anticipation of what is to come. Poor kid.

That is how I stand when there are any fire works going on. At times even hopping for fright.
Although firework is not legal here people do burst it, but nothing compared to what you know. Like the worm, I have never heard or seen that before.
